How to order DNA Sequencing at the Paris Biofoundry
Ordering DNA sequencing at the Paris Biofoundry is simple. Follow the steps below to get your samples processed.
1. Create an account or log in
Before placing an order, you’ll need a Paris Biofoundry account. If this is your first time using our services, click “Register” and fill in your details (name, institution or company, and contact email). If you already have an account, simply log in. This keeps your order history and results securely tied to you.
2. Fill out the online order form
Once logged in, open the DNA Sequencing order form. For each sample, enter the required information. The form allows you to submit multiple samples at once, so if you’re sending a full batch, you can enter them all in a single session.
3. Review and submit your order
Double-check your sample list before submitting, this is where labeling naming conventions and consistent concentrations matter most for smooth processing. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation with your order reference, which you’ll need to reference on your physical samples.
4. Label and drop off your samples
Print or write your order reference clearly on each sample tube. Samples should be dropped off at the Paris Biofoundry (4 place Jussieu, 75005 Paris, Sorbonne University campus, CASSAN Building). Please follow our sample preparation guidelines to avoid delays, degraded or insufficiently concentrated samples may require a resubmission.
5. Track your order and receive your results
Once your samples are received and processed, you’ll be notified by email. Sequencing results and analysis files will be made available through your account, ready to download.
